Pen Pal Travels currently ships within the United States. Standard shipping is included with every plan.
Mailing schedule
Customers who join by the last day of the month receive the next destination. Envelopes are mailed during the first week of the following month using standard stamped mail.
Tracking is not available for standard stamped mail.
If an envelope has not arrived
Please wait until the 15th of the month. If it still has not arrived, email support@penpaltravels.com.
Address changes
To update the recipient name or mailing address for a future mailing, email support@penpaltravels.com by the last day of the month. Changes received after the cutoff may not take effect until the following mailing.
