Cancellation and Refunds

The first payment is charged on the first day of the next calendar month and covers that month’s mailing. The monthly plan then renews each month until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

The 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans are first charged on the first day of the next calendar month for the full selected term, then automatically renew for the same term until canceled. Cancel before the next billing date to prevent the next charge.

Visit Manage subscription to cancel your next renewal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid term, so every mailing included in that payment will still be sent. Payments already processed are non-refundable.
